John Bramwell and the Full Harmonic Convergence

Sun 17 November 19:00 - 22:30

Following the release of his critically acclaimed new album The Light Fantastic, one of the country’s most underrated yet most loved singer-songwriters, John Bramwell will play six full band shows this November as John Bramwell & The Full Harmonic Convergence.

Lauded across the board, The Light Fantastic is a masterclass in emotionally charged and melodically driven tunes for the adventurous. “After both my Mum and Dad died, I started writing these songs to cheer myself up,” John admits with typical candour. “The themes are taken from my dreams at the time. Wake up and take whatever impression I had from what I could remember of my dream and write that.” Despite the sentiment, the songs are surprisingly uplifting and have been lighting up live shows across the country.

‘Wonderfully grown-up pop music delivered by an adept songwriter’ – 4* MOJO ‘A splendid solo set of sumptuous vocal harmonies’ – UNCUT

‘A beautifully realised, heart-on-sleeve triumph, filled with rich melodic textures and gorgeous harmonies’ – 4.5* The Sun

‘This is hazy music, with purpose, and very pretty with it.’ – 4* The Times
