Join Amici della Voce for a unique summer evening in the cloister of St John the Evangelist church. The octet, directed by David Crown and Emma Pascoe, will create an immersive musical experience in the spiritual surroundings and stunning acoustic of this beautiful cloister.

The concert is the inaugural performance of the Songs Away From Time series, founded by Emma Pascoe. The series takes an innovative approach, setting concerts and recordings in unusual locations, and with varied programmes, to give each listener their own personal and inspiring experience, away from the boundaries of regular concert form.

Please note that due to the nature of the building, the singers will be out of view. The audience will sit around the outer walls, immersed in the tunnel of sound.

The performance lasts one hour, without interval.
