Oxford International Song Festival (the new name for Oxford Lieder Festival) presents a kaleidoscopic recital exploring the joys and tribulations of love. Drawing on Britten’s much-loved setting of Auden’s Tell me the Truth about Love, this programme is a musical feast which includes everything from Purcell to Caroline Shaw, via Quilter, Fauré, and Fanny Mendelssohn.
